I can remember when I saw Dead Calm many years ago. Remember that movie with Sam Neil and Nicole Kidman? They played a lovely couple out for a nice sailing trip when they were harassed by Billy Zane’s character? Excellent movie made even more excellent by the fresh and natural beauty of Nicole Kidman. She was so sexy. All that curly red hair. I totally had a movie star crush on that woman. She was probably all of 22 then, but weren’t we all?
Through the years I counted Nicole Kidman as one of my favorite celebs based on objectifying her looks. Oh yea, she is a fine actress but I thought that she was very pretty and sexy as well, as evidenced by the photo below:
But then something started happening to her. Those soft features started getting hard. The lines started getting pointy. Fat lips started appearing. Lines were being removed. Harsh makeup was being applied. That pretty woman was soon giving way to a monstrosity. Until we are left gawking at this:
Hard to believe it is the same person. I will now grieve my loss in private.
